Creating a MyEaton account will unlock the full Eaton.com experience, giving you access to much more information and site features than would be available otherwise.

This includes:

• Personalized product information
• Product support and training
• Order status and history
• Programs and rewards
• Support tools and applications
• Save your favorite pages and tools

If you entered a number in this field and it is not being accepted, the number is not recognized as a valid customer number.

If you do not know your customer number simply leave this field blank.

MyEaton accounts are automatically deactivated if the user has not logged in for a period of time.  Depending on the type of customer you are this period is anywhere from 12 to 18 months.

If you would like to request an account to be deactivated, reach out to your Eaton contact or contact MyEaton account support in your region at one of the phone numbers listed below on this page. Once the request is processed the MyEaton account and access to all downstream applications will be terminated.

Name

If you are having trouble entering a valid first or last name in the form it may be because you entered an invalid character. Check to see if you have entered any of these disallowed characters in your name:

• Numbers
• Special characters
• Leading or trailing spaces
• Consecutive spaces

City

If you are having trouble entering a valid city in the form, check for any of these invalid characters in your entry:

• Numbers
• Special characters
• Leading or trailing spaces
• Consecutive spaces
• Non-ASCII characters

Email

If you are having trouble entering a valid email in the form, check for any of these invalid situations in your entry:

• Missing @ sign
• Missing domain name
• Invalid domain name
• Leading or trailing dots
